  • REQUIRED BY PORTUGUESE LAW (WITHOUT THIS WE CANT KEEP YOURRESERVATION): Please fill in all your passport details (2 guests)required by SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) as it is mandatory by law in Portugal. You should have received an email through SIGA.center. After filling out all the details (2 guests) you will receive self check-in instructions. Please note you can only check-in after you fill in the SIGA.center details. If you didn’t receive SIGA.center link, please send us your email and we resubmitted to you.


  • Please send us a picture of the passport (2 guests) through this reservation website of your booking. We need by Portuguese law to confirm all the passports information data.


  • CHECK-IN: The check-in time is at 3 p.m. or at any time after if you want since the apartment has self check-in.


  • SUGGESTIONS TO ARRIVE:
  • You can take a taxi or UBER from the airport
  • Or if you want you can come by BUS numbers: 113, 714, 727, 728, 729, 751;
  • by TRAIN: Stations CAIS DO SODRÉ - OEIRAS (DU), OEIRAS - CAIS DO SODRÉ (DU);
  • by FERRY BOAT: Stations BELÉM - PORTO BRANDÃO - TRAFARIA.


  • PARKING: The closest private parking place costs around 17 € a day and is a 5 minutes walking distance. You can also park on the street if you have available space there.


  • PLACE TO LEAVE BAGS: Unfortunately we haven't got a place to leave your bags before check-in or after your check-out. If you want to store your bags you can drop them at this luggage storage store which has different prices for different services: www.portugalluggage.com


  • DAILY CLEANING: Our cleaning and sanitizing service for the EMBAIXADOR Apartments is always carried out between check-in and check-out. Our cleaning team cleans, prepares and sanitizes the Apartment you have rented with all the comfort to be able to receive you, in the smallest detail, during your stay. And they only clean and sanitize the respective apartment again, after your Check-out, to receive another new guests. During your entire stay, the EMBAIXADOR is not responsible for cleaning your apartment, as each guest is responsible for doing so. Of course, if you need anything, you can ask our cleaning team, we will be happy to help you with whatever you need.


  • BREAKFAST: Our concept don’t have breakfast but you have Nespresso coffee, and tea in your Apartment. For breakfast we suggest the ”Pastelaria VERSALLES” just in front of EMBAIXADOR Apartments&Suites, just some seconds by walking.


  • CHECK-IN (please follow these simple steps):


1) At the entrance of the building at Rua do Embaixador 198, https://goo.gl/maps/dnBpuyjRcy99Q3Gp9 you must enter the CODE, a private code sent to your email one day before your check-in. This code is personal and not transferrable.


2) When entering the EMBAIXADOR Apartments&Suites , choose the safe locker corresponding to the APARTMENT number in your reservation


3) Enter in the safe locker with your APARTMENT number the same ‘CODE2’ (same private code of point 2)


4) Open the locker (with your APARTMENT number) and remove the card from the APARTMENT


5) Close the locker door and go to the door of your APARTMENT number 


6) Place the card in the location indicated on the door lock(card here) to open the APARTMENT door, wait for a blue light, press the lever, push and open the door to inside to enter in your APARTMENT


7) At the entrance of your APARTMENT, put your card inside the device next to the door to turn on the electricity


8) Dear guest: smoking is not permitted in any area or room of EMBAIXADOR Apartments&Suites. There are very sensitive alarms all over the Boutique which will trigger with just a little smoke and automatically call the police and firefighters


9) VERY IMPORTANT: NEVER LOSE OR LEAVE THE APARTMENT CARD INSIDE THE ROOM. BE SURE TO TAKE IT WITH YOU EVERY TIME YOU LEAVE


  • CHECK-OUT: Up until 12pm and leave your room card inside locker with your APARTMENT number the same you use in check-in to pick up you room card


  • CITY TAX: You pay the CITY TAX in Cash in the Boutique hotel EMBAIXADOR Apartments&Suites in check-in day. Please don’t forget to put the amount money of CITY TAX in envelope and then inside the mail box at the entrance. You can find your CITY TAX value here in your booking reservation (Except AIRBNB)

When booking and checking in, all guests will receive an automatic email to fill in the SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) form, which will be sent by the SIGA.CENTER server or manually by the EMBAIXADOR Apartments&Suites.


The SEF communication is mandatory in Portugal. We are a new and unique concept, fully robotic and with an ITec system, totally safe and 24 hours a day, 7 days a week sanitized, cleaned and disinfected several times, without ever having any contact with anyone.
